1. About Agents Anywhere

Agents Anywhere is a platform that enables professionals to build, test, and deploy AI agents, apps, and workflows. The Service is operated by Agents Anywhere (formerly operating as Brandish/BRNDSH), a company with experience in AI adoption services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You have the legal authority to enter into these Terms
  • If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms
  • If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service

3. Account Registration and Security

Your access level determines which features and capabilities are available to you.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

Subscription Tiers

The Service offers various subscription tiers with different capabilities, including limits on the number of agents, apps, and workflows you can create and deploy. Current pricing and tier details are available on our website.

Billing

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan
  • All fees are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified
  • You authorise us to charge your designated payment method for all applicable fees
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms

Usage Fees

Certain activities may incur additional usage-based fees beyond your subscription tier, including token consumption and API usage. We will provide visibility into your usage through the platform dashboard.

Changes to Pricing

We may modify our pricing with at least 30 days’ notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle following the notice period.

5. Services

In addition to the platform subscription, Agents Anywhere offers professional services including:

  • Implementation Services: Custom agent and app development
  • Consulting Services: AI adoption strategy and advisory
  • Training Services: Platform onboarding and best practices

Professional services are subject to separate statements of work and service agreements.

6. Acceptable Use

You May

  • Use the Service to build, test, and deploy AI agents, apps, and workflows for legitimate business purposes
  • Create and configure agents using the platform’s tools and features
  • Integrate the Service with third-party applications as supported by the platform
  • Share access with authorized team members within your organization

You May Not

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
  • Use the Service to build agents that generate harmful, abusive, or misleading content
  • Resell, sublicense, or distribute the Service without authorization
  • Use the Service in a manner that exceeds your subscription tier’s limits without paying applicable fees
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these acceptable use terms.

7. AI-Generated Content

Understanding AI Outputs

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate content, responses, and workflows. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated outputs may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your specific needs
  • You are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated content before use
  • AI outputs should not be relied upon as professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise)
  • You should use human judgment when making important decisions based on AI outputs

Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • The accuracy and appropriateness of any content you provide to the Service
  • Reviewing and approving AI-generated outputs before deploying them
  • Ensuring that your use of AI-generated content complies with applicable laws and regulations
  • Any consequences resulting from your use or distribution of AI-generated content

Your Content

You retain ownership of any content, data, or materials you upload to the Service (“Your Content”). By uploading Your Content, you grant us a limited license to use, process, and store Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Agents and Templates You Create

  • Agents, apps, and workflows you create using the Service remain your property
  • If you choose to publish templates to our marketplace, you grant us a license to distribute those templates according to the marketplace terms
  • We may use anonymized and aggregated data about platform usage to improve the Service

Feedback

If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the Service, we may use this feedback without any obligation to compensate you.

9. Third-Party Integrations

The Service may integrate with third-party applications, services, and APIs. Your use of third-party integrations is subject to:

YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL
  • OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM
  • THESE LIMITATIONS APPLY REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY AND EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES

  • Your deployment or distribution of agents, apps, or workflows created through the Service

15. Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account settings in the platform. Upon termination:

  • Your access to the Service will end
  • You remain responsible for any fees incurred before termination
  • We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes

Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • Your payment is overdue
  • We are required to do so by law
  • We discontinue the Service (with reasonable notice)

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against us.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in court for matters relating to intellectual property or unauthorised access to the Service.

Assignment

Force Majeure

We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, internet outages, or other force majeure events.
