AI-generated output and human review

AI-generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular situation.

You are responsible for reviewing output, applying professional judgment, and following applicable law and company policy.

AI output is not a substitute for legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

Content and intellectual property

Agents Anywhere owns the services, including their design, features, and underlying technology.

You retain ownership of the content and data you provide.

You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and use that content to provide the services.

Additional marketplace or professional-service terms may govern specific deliverables and published templates.

Third-party services

The services may connect to third-party applications, APIs, and providers.

Your use of them is also subject to their terms and privacy policies.

We do not control their availability, accuracy, or content.

Confidentiality and privacy

We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Contract-specific duties for confidentiality, security, and data processing may also apply.

You are responsible for protecting confidential information you receive through the services.
